About the Event

Local Leaders Deserve Coaching

The passion, dedication, and sense of kuleana shown by Hawaiʻi’s non-profit and public-good leaders are unmatched. As these leaders pour themselves into our communities every day, we need to fill them back up. Coaching is a proven method to support the well-being and development of leaders and the performance of organizations. However, it is highly underused by leaders in nonprofit, education, and government agencies.

Meet Our Panel

Hear Coaches and local leaders share their thoughts about the power of Coaching, moderated by Marina Piscolish, Ph.D.

  • Michael Broderick, Esq., Executive Coach, Broderick Dispute Resolutions

  • Jennifer Cornish Creed, Director of Professional Development, HANO
